Privacy Policy

This policy explains what framemodu collects for the website, support, download, activation, and licensing workflows.

Information we collect now

The website may receive basic server logs. Support emails may include Lightroom version, operating system, template settings, screenshots, and issue descriptions.

Website analytics

The website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand page views, navigation paths, and basic engagement. Analytics data should not include license keys, purchase email addresses, photo files, or support message contents.

Purchase and download information

Fulfillment may collect purchase email, license key metadata, payment record identifiers, product name, platform, plug-in version, and download logs.

Activation information

The license server may store purchase email, product, plan, license key hash and last four characters, activation hash, device label, platform, plug-in version, first-seen and last-seen timestamps, and Stripe Checkout or Payment Intent identifiers for support lookup.

Information we do not collect

The plug-in does not upload photos for normal export rendering. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider, not stored in Lightroom or the license server.

How we use information

We use data to provide support, diagnose installation/export issues, activate licenses, enforce activation limits, deliver downloads, prevent duplicate fulfillment, process refunds or disputes, and improve reliability.

Cookies and local storage

Google Analytics may set measurement cookies for website analytics. License email, activation state, next-check time, grace-period state, install identifier, and support state may be stored locally in Lightroom preferences. The license key is stored through Lightroom password storage when available.

Service providers

The website self-hosts selected open-source web fonts. Website analytics is provided by Google Analytics 4. Payment processing is handled by a dedicated payment provider.

Your choices
