License recovery

Request a lookup or resend activation keys to the original purchase email. For privacy, Framemodu never displays license keys in the browser.

How it works

Enter the email used at checkout. If Framemodu finds matching license records, the license status and recoverable activation keys are sent to that same email address.

When to use this

Use this page after reinstalling, replacing a computer, losing the license email, or needing to confirm which plan is attached to a purchase email.

What to check first

Search the purchase inbox for Framemodu, Stripe, license, activation, and [email protected] before sending a recovery request. If you used an alias at checkout, try that exact address.

Expected response

License recovery sends a neutral confirmation in the browser immediately. If a matching purchase exists, the license email is sent to the purchase address after the server finishes the lookup.

If nothing arrives

Check spam, promotions, and mail filters first. Then contact support with the purchase email, approximate purchase date, plan, and payment receipt details so the order can be reviewed manually.

Security note

The page returns a neutral confirmation message so that visitors cannot use it to discover whether someone else's email has purchased Framemodu.
