Refund Policy

Refund terms apply to eligible Framemodu purchases, including the voluntary 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

30-day satisfaction guarantee

If Framemodu does not fit your Lightroom Classic workflow, request a refund within 30 days of purchase. Include the purchase email and a short reason so support can confirm the order and disable the related license after refund.

EU statutory withdrawal right

EU consumers may have a 14-day right to withdraw from eligible online purchases. For digital content or services, this right may be affected after you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge the effect on withdrawal rights.

Non-refundable cases

Refunds may be refused for abuse, repeated purchase/refund cycles, chargeback fraud, or requests outside the stated window.

Email [email protected] with purchase email, license key last four characters if assigned, operating system, Lightroom version, Framemodu version, and the problem encountered.

Effect on license

Refunded, disputed, or charged-backed purchases may have their license disabled. Disabled licenses cannot stay in Full Mode and may return the plug-in to Trial Mode.

Taxes and payment fees

Taxes are not included in the listed Personal and Pro prices. Payment processor timing, tax handling, and chargeback rules may affect the final refund amount or timing.
